Booking questions we hear weekly
Six to eight weeks is comfortable for summer trips. Fiordland cruises and Queenstown casino weekends can sell out earlier — if you're inside 3 weeks, call us anyway, we hold some allocations.
Absolutely — these are templates, not tour buses. Swap lodges, add days, drop activities. The quote updates and you approve before anything is booked.
30% deposit locks your bookings, the balance is due 30 days before departure. Card or bank transfer, and we can split it into three instalments if that helps.
Life happens. Full refund minus actual supplier costs up to 30 days out, and free date changes up to 14 days before departure. The details are in our terms.
All the time. Solo pricing is honest — no sneaky single supplements where we can avoid them, and we'll tell you upfront where we can't.
